  • Walk through at venue prior to set up

  • Line up wedding party and direct ceremony rehearsal

  • First to arrive at reception venue on wedding day

  • Accept deliveries from bakeries and florists

  • Greet vendors and reiterate wedding day timeline

  • Oversee set-up and design of ceremony and reception areas

  • Remind wedding party of line up and coordinate start of ceremony

  • Answer guests questions and concerns throughout the day

  • Assist DJ with timing of scheduled events and wedding formalities

  • Always letting the couple know what is coming next

  • Ready to handle any emergencies that arise

  • Break down at the end of the evening and bring items to designated location
